of taking the market distribution of açaí pulp
and sorbet to the next level of quality.
Together, we strive to maintain our commitment
to contributing to the development of the Ribeirinhas communities while also preserving biodiversity through the sustainable use of natural resources.
Our essence is founded on the purity of the Ribeirinhas’ local culture and their communities inhabiting the margins of the Amazon River. Marajo is the region from which our special fruit sprout, constantly and in abundance from about August to February.
Our açaí is certified organic and comes from the native
trees present in the local forests.

To give you a taste, our açaí pulp can be mixed with other extraordinary superfoods such as Baobab, Moringa, Baru, and Guaraná.
We therefore raise the bar on the delivered ORAC level (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) of our products, increasing antioxidant capacity.
The higher the ORAC value, the greater the food’s potential in neutralizing free radicals.
In turn, the organism works more effectively, retarding the oxidative process and its resulting cellular damage. This process can contribute to the healthy extension of our life spans.
Another measure utilized in classifying the quality of açaí-derived products is the Brix scale, used in
the food industry to measure the approximate quantity of sugar contained in each sample.

Palm Seed Sorbet Original 19 has 50% more açaí particles than other competitors. It’s a 100% organic Brazilian açaí, with the highest concentration of solids and the lowest added sugar among organic products available on the US market today.

California, our operation covers product transportation from the Amazon River all the way down to the largest economic and industrial pole in the Southern Hemisphere, in the city of São Paulo, to then package our pulps and sorbets.
